The 11th International Human Rights Film Festival of Paris (Festival International du Films des Droits de l'Homme de Paris) will take place between February 5-12, 2013.

The Human Rights International Film Festival was created on the understanding of two basic premises. The audiovisual tool is the most efficient to raise the awareness of the largest common denominator on Human Rights and to defending Human Rights across the world starts first, here for us in France.
