ArcLight Documentary Film Festival

November 7-12, 2011.

• Out of the submitted trailers, the top 10 with the most votes will be entered into the festival and then judged by our panel of industry professionals.

• Each film will be showcased at ArcLight Hollywood November 7-11^th, and the judge's decision for the Grand Prize winner will be announced at the festival closing gala on November 12^th.

Official Instructions

• Entries: Mon Oct. 3 - Sun Oct 16.

• Register on Withoutabox.com (no cost) and complete your application to  ArcLight's Documentary Film Festival. You will NOT have to upload or submit your full-length documentary at the time of entry

• Email a 2-to 4-minute trailer of  your documentary via YouSendIt.com to contests@arclightcinemas.com. Subject line must say "AL Documentary Film Festival." Message field must include your name, email address and phone number.

• Approved trailers will be posted on ArcLight's YouTube page.

• Promote to friends/family to vote. Online voting takes place Oct. 17-23 on YouTube and Facebook.

• The top 10 trailers with the most votes on YouTube and Facebook combined will be entered into festival.

• The 10 films, based on the top trailers, will be shown at ArcLight Hollywood (November 7-11) and judged by our panel based upon:

1. Creativity
2. Cinematography
3. Editing
4. Story

• Winners will be announced Saturday November 12, 2011, at the festival closing gala.
