The San Francisco Foundation's Bay Area Documentary Fund (BADF) supports films exploring timely
and compelling social justice issues that have been historically underexposed, misinterpreted, or ignored.
Awards ranging from $10,000 to $25,000 will be given to support the early production phase of documentary projects by experienced filmmakers with an esteemed body of previously created work.
Complete proposals are due by Friday, April 13, 2012, by 11:59 p.m. PST. Please note that the proposals require an online application as well as submission of previously completed work.
