Getting your documentary made is difficult enough. Then there's the business of selling it and eventually finding an audience for it. The Docs for Sale market was launched to ease the burden on producers and to facilitate sales of high-end documentaries by gathering all interested parties under one roof at the same time. And what will always assure producers, sales agents and buyers alike is that our selection criteria are such that we only choose the best documentaries for the Docs for Sale market.

In order to submit your film for selection kindly complete your application in the Entry Form after logging in with your MyIDFA account. You need to fill in an entry form and send 2 DVDs to our office in Amsterdam. Before completing the entry form, please read our regulations very carefully and pay special attention to our deadlines.

The 2013 deadlines for Docs for Sale are 1 March, 1 April, 1 May and 1 August and 15 September.
