The 11th International Human Rights Film Festival Of Paris will take place between February 5th-12th 2013.

• The festival screens only documentary films.

• The Documentary Features must have a total run time over 45 minutes.

• The Documentary Shorts must have a total run time under 45 minutes.

• All films entered must have been produced after January 1st, 2011.

• The submission is free of charge through the festival website.

• The submission deadline is August 1
