Calendar – Past Event

In the last few years DOK Leipzig has become the central meeting point for German documentary film with an extensive international presence. Numerous professional events focusing on such subjects as distribution, marketing, film and cross media production, crowd funding and film criticism provide new impulses and a more profound understanding of the rapidly changing international documentary film industry.

This year DOK Leipzig will once again be providing the documentary film scene a lively platform for financing and completing ambitious film projects: the 6th International DOK Leipzig Co-Production Meeting.

This event helps network producers from Germany and all over the world and offers access to potential project financers as well as television programme editors. In addition to the individual meetings that will be organised, participants will receive detailed information on the television and film landscape and different funding opportunities for documentary films in Germany, Chile, Argentina and Benelux countries, as well as in Central and Eastern Europe.

Leipzig Forum is presented jointly by DOK Leipzig and Documentary Campus e.V. It will take place on Saturday, 23 October 2010, from 3:30 to 6 pm at the MDR main building, Kantstr. 71-73. Shuttle service is available.
