October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month - Celebrating 25 Years of Awareness, Education, and Empowerment. In honor and support of NBCAM the MY RUN filmmakers are inviting all Cancer awareness organizations, groups, volunteers, care givers, survivors, and film festival goers to wear something "pink" or wear a piece of clothing of any cancer organization they support to the MY RUN screenings at the SAN DIEGO FILM FESTIVAL on Saturday, Oct.2^nd at 3PM and Sunday, October 3^rd at 5:30PM - At the Gaslamp Theater and help bring awareness! "MY RUN" is the inspirational documentary narrated by Billy Bob Thornton, about real super hero Terry Hitchcock who ran 75 consecutive marathons in 75 consecutive days after his wife died of breast cancer for single parent families.
