The Northwest Film Fund supports documentary film projects at any stage of completion in the Northwest (which includes Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Alaska).
Via an open invitation process, Northwest Film Forum awards at least one grant of $10,000 in cash, as well as a package of artist services including legal consulation, post-production services with leading Seattle post houses, and meetings with KCTS-Channel 9 and the Seattle International Film Festival. Grant awards are competitive and decided by a panel of experts who review an initial round of applications and make the final selection.
