Pitching Sessions at the Jackson Hole Symposium

American University's Center for Environmental Filmmaking joins Symposium 2010 to sponsor a unique daily pitching sessions. Sessions will target institutions and NGOs on the hunt for media partners to complement upcoming exhibits, content creators with relevant project ideas looking for institutional partners, as well as 3D and Full Dome Programs.

Submission guidelines are on the JHWFF website and project proposals will be accepted until Thursday, September 30th. A maximum of 10 projects will be selected for live presentation on each day, though all project briefs will be made available to delegates. The afternoon pitch sessions will be moderated by Chris Palmer, with full AV support and be followed by an end-of-day cocktail reception to encourage lots of discussion, feedback and networking opportunities.

Among the commissioner who will be in the audience are: Discovery 3D Network, The Science Channel, Animal Planet, National Geographic, Off the Fence Productions, WNET-TV, WGBH-TV, BBC, NHK, nWave Pictures Distribution, The Nature Conservancy, MacGillivray Freeman Films and others.

The Symposium takes place October 26-28 at the Denver Museum of Science and Nature.
