The documentary Silencing the Song: An Afghan Fallen Star (2010, 34 minutes) follows Setara Hussainzada after her ill-fated appearance on the popular TV show "Afghan Star" scandalized the country when her headscarf dropped, leading to death threats from conservative Muslims (featured in Marking's 2009 documentary Afghan Star).
