THE EDINBURGH PITCH 2009 - - annual documentary pitching forum hosted by the Scottish Documentary Institute at the Edinburgh International Film Festival.

The workshop is open to all filmmakers UK and abroad and is aimed at independent filmmakers and companies who are developing and raising finance for creative documentaries (52'-90') and who are thinking about international co-productions. (Please note that only UK filmmakers are eligible for the cash prizes.)

The deadline for application to the full programme is 11 May 2009.

In addition, industry delegates registered with the festival in 2009 are welcome to attend the forum as observers on 19 June - please note the registration deadline of 1 June 2009 for this.
