In Video for the Web, learn to compress and encode web-ready video using Final Cut Pro, Quicktime Pro, and Compressor. Explore codecs, streaming vs. embedding, podcasts and great websites that can make your work go viral.

Intro to Final Cut Pro or equivalent experience

DCTV Video Post-Production Workshops have 1-student-per-workstation and are taught with Apple and DCTV training materials on 27" quad-core iMacs running OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard and Final Cut Studio 3. Students are expected to be familiar with the Mac interface and are not permitted to bring personal projects for workshop use.
