David Ridgen and Nicolas Rossier have signed an exclusive distribution deal with Typecast Releasing for their film
American Radical. The film is a portrait of American academic and activist Norman Finkelstein, a devoted son of holocaust survivors, ardent critic of Israeli and US Mid-East policies and author of six provocative books.

John Sinno of Typecast Films said in a statement, "American Radical  not only examines some of the emotional and intellectual underpinnings that have made Professor Finkelstein an uncompromising and controversial figure, but it also provides glimpses of a private and sometimes vulnerable side to Finkelstein that is not experienced by attending his public appearances."

Typecast Releasing will make the film available for a limited theatrical run, broadcast, festival screenings, digital distribution and on DVD in the USA.

Bomb It, John Reiss' documentary about the history of the international graffiti scene, made its online debut on Babelbum, an independent web and mobile video content platform. The feature film premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival, followed by a lengthy festival run and DVD release.

Through interviews and guerilla footage of graffiti writers in action on five continents, Bomb It tells the story of graffiti from its origins in prehistoric cave paintings thru its notorious explosion in New York City during the 70's and 80's, then follows the flames as they paint the globe. The film was shot all in cities all over the globe, including Los Angeles, Berlin, Cape Town, São Paulo, and Tokyo, and features old school legends and current favorites such as Taki 183, Cornbread, Stay High 149, T-Kid, Cope 2, Zephyr, Revs, Os Gemeos, KET, Chino, Shepard Fairey, Revok, and Mear One.

In addition to premiering the full-length documentary film online, Babelgum is debuting exclusive shorts produced for Babelgum by director Reiss, who was named one of Variety's "Ten Digital Directors To Watch." The pieces spotlight renowned graffiti artists both new and as seen in the film.
