GASLAND: First-time documentary director Josh Fox exposes the shocking repercussions of the recent boom in natural gas drilling. The film poses urgent questions about the little-known drilling process "fracking" and the industry that has managed to exempt itself from practically all environmental laws and regulations in a quest for "clean energy" and profits. The film won a U.S. Documentary Special Jury Prize at Sundance earlier this year. Debuts June 21.
