The Tucson Film & Music Festival (TFMF) is proud to announce its official Call for Entries is now open for the 6th Annual festival October 8-11, 2010 in beautiful Tucson Arizona. The Tucson Film & Music Festival is a weekend-long event featuring live music and films, emphasizing films and filmmakers with a connection to Arizona or the Southwest. TFMF accepts documentaries, narrative features, shorts, and music videos.

Celebrating its 6th anniversary, the Tucson Film & Music Festival has screened over 150 films since it's inception in 2005. With attendance of over four thousand filmgoers, TFMF has showcased several Arizona and World Premiere screenings from filmmakers like Allison Anders (Gas, Food, Lodging), Ari Gold (Adventures of Power), Sacha Gervasi (Anvil! The Story Of Anvil), Bob Ray (Hell on Wheels), Stephan Kijak (Scott Walker: 30 Century Man) and John Chester (Rock Prophecies). The music festival has featured 130+ bands including Calexico, MC Lars, Gram Rabbit, Bang Camaro, John Doe, Wanda Jackson, These Arms are Snakes, The Supersuckers, Tom Walbank, Margot & The Nuclear So and So's, Giant Sand and more!

Call for Entries:
TFMF is accepting features (50 minutes or more), short films (20 minutes or less), and music videos (10 minutes or less) for festival screening. Entry details can be found at www.withoutabox.com or the festival website, www.tucsonfilmandmusicfestival.com. Only works completed after January 1, 2008 are eligible for TFMF 2010. Projects must be submitted for consideration on NTSC DVD (Region 0/1 only).

Early Entry Fee: $25 for Shorts & Music Videos; $35 for Features.
Early Submission Deadline: June 1, 2010

Regular Submission Deadline: July 5, 2010
