Hello, I am in the Boston area and need to know the "going rate" for footage logging. Is the rate calculated per page? per hour? Is there a standard log sheet used by most filmmakers? I've done this many times myself, but never "for hire" for someone else and I have no idea what to charge. The project may have 30-50 hours of video footage in older formats (8mm, hi8, VHS). We'll need to get time code striping, too for accurate timing. There is no immediate rush to get this done, but I'll probably have to hire help. Any help would be appreciated from this newbie.
