For the past two years, IDA member Nancy Oey has been following the strange and wonderful story of the wildly popular web comic "Axe Cop" and its unexpected impact on the comic's two creators, Ethan and Malachai Nicolle. An age difference of more than 20 years separates the brothers, but yet theirs is a bond that's unusual and almost magical.
