I live and work in a country which provides just a little oppurtinity for broadcasting and showing documentaries (specially social documentaries) whether in TV or theatres. I find having a weblog a great choice to show indipendent works not just for people live in my country but for people all over the world who doesn't have clear perception about middle- eastern... Do you have any Idea for me... What are the best ways to start this project?

Take time to research how others created their weblog or web series. Blip.tv has a great page where you can hear from veteran web producers (http://blip.tv/learning/veterans/). Figure out your what's unique about you and your channel, and stay true to your voice. Below are a few other links you might find useful. Best of luck.
