Brief Message to Members: 

I am new to filmmaking/documentary work though not to journalism. Projects include areas of sports, human rights and disability issues, often focusing on personal development and social perceptions. I've spent most of my adult life as a trial and appellate lawyer in cases in the areas of discrimination (sex, disability, race, sexual orientation), defamation, personal injury, civil rights and criminal law. I believe in the power of storytelling through images and words. Now, I'd like to do this with more than jury-sized audiences. I am particularly interested in stories that cross boundaries and show the social importance of things we hardly ever notice.
