Biography: As a former assistant curator in the Nebraska State Historical Society's Library/Archive division, I worked with documentary and commercial filmmakers providing still photography, film footage and manuscript documentation from the Society's extensive social history collections for use in public, commercial and cable television projects. The broad scope of these collections has enabled me to contribute to projects that encompassed subject matter from the prehistoric to the late 20th Century. My areas of expertise includes a broad range of 20th Century social history, popular culture and biographical research with particular interests in the history of photography, race relations in the United States, literary biography and the film industry in Los Angeles.
