Biography: Cherry Rong Zeng was born and bred in Guangzhou, China. After graduating from journalism major of Jin Nan University in 1994, she began to work at Guangzhou Television. In 2000, she received an extensive filmmaking training in New York Film Academy. During the last ten plus years, cherry has been actively working in the mainland and Hongkong as a director and cinematographer for TV commercials, variety shows, educational programs and documenta- ries for public interests. In 2006, she settled down in Los Angeles. As an independent filmmaker , then she found her company--EYE FOR EYE PRODUCTION,INC. Four Names is one of non-fiction projects that her company working on.It has been selected as a recipient of the 2008 Diversity Development Fund of ITVS.
