Biography: Peter Davison, Composer, has just completed the score for the feature documentary The Last Word. He has also recently completed scoring Our Families, Ourselves (PBS, 18 Episodes). Other scores include: Inside Out (Psychology Series/PBS, 22 Episodes), The Unfinished Nation (U.S. History Series/PBS, 52 episodes); Smothered - Smothers Bros. Biography (Bravo); Escape: Tales of Suspense (History Channel/6 episodes); Diplomats for the Damned (History Channel); The Endless Voyage, (Oceanography Series/PBS, 26 episodes) and others. Davison has composed the scores for over 35 of the GAIAM best selling Yoga, Meditation, Relaxation and Life Style DVDs and GAIAM has released 7 CDs of his music, including Presence, Exhale, Yoga and others. In 2008, GAIAM released 3 CDS of Peter’s new compositions. Peter Davison is also an accomplished orchestrator, including Chicago Hope, SeaQuest DSV, Batman the Animated Series and others. Peter received his BA and MA in Music Composition and has been commissioned for orchestral works by The National Endowment for the Arts, the California Arts Council, the Foundation for New American Music and others.
