I provide through Red One Pittsburgh both Red One and Epic camera packages. I and a tech come with the package. The Red Lens Package contains the Red Pro 17-50mm T2.9; plus Primes 25, 35, 50, 85, 100. The lens package can be rented separately. A lens adapter mount for use on the 7D/5D is also available.

Biography: 

John C. Zielinski has been a member of the filmmaking industry for almost 20 years. In that time period John has worked on a variety of projects that includes documentaries, commercials, industrials and feature films. His work has taken him across the country and around the world.

While in college, John began his career when he was hired as a production assistant with the art department on two television films that were shot back to back. After graduating college, he went to work for Tom Musto, an established photographer and filmmaker whose clients included "Fortune 500" companies and nationally recognized advertising agencies.

It was a two-man work environment, which enabled him to be involved in every aspect of production and day to day running of the studio. Tom's production house had a full grip and lighting truck package, 16mm film package, video package, strobes and a 5000 sq. ft. studio. Projects included national commercials, documentaries, photo shoots, instructional videos and feature films. When Tom first created his successful "Lighting for Video: Film Style" classes designed for video professionals, John would assist him in teaching the classes.

After the five years that John was there (a time he affectionally calls "boot camp"), he decided to strike out on his own, returning to the city where he spent his college years: Pittsburgh, PA.

The next 9 years John would work as both crew member and creative lead, on large scale productions and "guerilla" low budget shoots, with large corporations and small business owners, nationally and internationally. During this time, John discovered that there was a need for high quality productions on a reasonable budget which could be achieved with the recent advancements in technology and his willingness to look for unconventional solutions in creating a premium image. He nows specializes in providing strong affordable media solutions for his clients.
