Brief Message to Members: 

Photography and Filmmaking is my passion. I started to develop an interest in image making at an early age through watching nature documentaries such as "The Undersea World of Jacques Cousteau", "Wild Kingdom", and BBC/David Attenborough documentaries. Even though I shoot Feature Films, and TV Commercials, I still find myself drawn towards Documentary Filmmaking.

Biography: 

Canadian Cinematographer currently based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia since 2009. Eric has been working in the film industry in Toronto, Canada since 1993. In 2008, Eric went to Bali for 5 months to shoot a feature length documentary. After Bali, he decided to stay in Asia and moved to Malaysia in 2009.

Eric has lensed a myriad of genres such as Feature Films, TV Commercials, Music Videos, and Documentaries. Subsequently, Eric started up a boutique documentary production company in Kuala Lumpur with 2 partners. They have since completed documentaries that was aired on National Geographic Channel, Discovery Channel and The BBC, to name a few. Even though Eric is based in South East Asia, he still maintains links with Canada.

Eric is a member of the Canadian Society of Cinematographers (CSC) and the Cinematographer's Guild IATSE 667, and is well versed in film (Super 8mm, 16mm, 35mm) and digital (Weisscam, Phantom, RED, Alexa, HD, DSLR) mediums.
