JUAN EDUARDO FARRE RIVERA
He studied Information Sciences and Technology at the Universidad Iberoamericana. (69-74). He takes a specialization in film production at Berkeley Film School in Berkeley California USA.
His professional experience has always been around the production of audiovisual media, mainly television, video and film.
His specialty is the documentary film. Throughout his career he has produced short films related to human groups, their relationship to the environment and nature conservation,

Papalotl (1983) 4 mins. (Video 3 / 4 U-Matic) Fancy playing with monarch butterflies and the sportsmen who practice flight in hang gliders. It was exhibited at the Cultural Festival of Valle de Bravo 1984.
Mazahuas (1984) 30 mins. (Video 3 / 4 U-Matic) UTEC SEP, About this ethnic group in the State of México. Forgotten people, affected by situations of extreme poverty, alcoholism and marginalization in the context of Valle de Bravo, the vacationing tourist resort of the economic elite of Mexico City. Was shown on Channel 11 and others.
Juanita Becerril (1984) 30 mins, (Video 3 / 4 U-Matic) UTEC SEP The story of a loom artisan in the context of the extinction of the peoples of the Lerma River basin in the State of Mexico, drying its sources of water used for Mexico City. Was shown on Channel 11 and others.

Rio the Alamo (1988) 20 mins. (Video Hi8) Monitoring of the different stages of a river from its source in small streams of water in the mountains to its final destination on Lake Valle de Bravo, which has been polluted and filled with garbage.

It was exhibited at the stadium in the city of The Hague and at the Mexican Consulate)
El Niño Fidencio (1996) 20 mins. (Betacam SP) The life of a healer who lived in the Espinazo region of Nuevo Leon, near the village of Mina. Fidencio created a cult which to date extends many years after his death through the Church which uses Fidenco pain and despair to make Espinazo a place of pilgrimage for thousands of sick people in search of relief.
Lacandon Jungle, 1998 Endangered Paradise 16 mins, (16mm and Betacam SP) A documentary that invites you to participate in sustainable projects as an alternative to stop the destruction of the only tropical rainforest in the northern hemisphere.
It is currently in post-production process a new version with unpublished material, interviews, flora, fauna and ultralight aircraft flights over the jungle and Mayan ruins in a year especially severe wildfires across the country and the world. Participated in the 10th Pantalla de Cristal Festival in Mexico City (2000)
Fundidora Park Documentary: 4 minutes 2005. (DV Cam) Documentary present facilities of the Park in Barcelona for the presentation of Monterrey as the new headquarters of the Forum 2007
Documentary Feature Film: “Niño Fidencio from Rome to Espinazo” 87 minutes. (Cam XD multiple video formats and finished in 35 mm) History of the healer of Nuevo Leon that almost 70 years of his death has created a new religion among the inhabitants of northern Mexico and southern United States. It premiered at the XXIII Festival Internacional de Cine de Guadalajara (2008), has participated in the following festivals 4. International Film Festival in Acapulco, Cinesul 2008 in Brazil, Official Selection at the Festival Internacional de Cine de Morelia 2008, and selection for Jose Rovirosa prize in the Docs DF 2008.Festival del Nuevo Cine in Havana Cuba, Festival de Malaga, Spain and others.

Fundidora Park Documentary "The legacy of the Forum" 9 minutes 2008 (HD XD Cam and finished in 35 mm) A documentary that shows the growth of Fundidora Park with the great works that were performed for the Universal Forum of Cultures Monterrey 2008 as the Museum of Steel, La Nave Lewis and Paseo Santa Lucia.
