Brief Message to Members: Making a Documentary about Dog Rescue

Biography: Benn an actor and a stand up comic for many years. Always made short films and learned to edit on Premire Pro. I play guitar and write music so I am going to use them to underscore my own doc. I am in the process of trying to get together a team to film a documentary about dog rescue. I am trying to find the hook - using myself as 'host' and trying to bring some of my funny stand up material into the script to offset the obviously sad subject. I am hoping it will be an educational doc as well as uplifting and sometimes funny. I don't want to preach about animal abuse but I do want to capture the hearts and minds of people in order to help initiate change in the way we treat and shelter abused animals.
