Biography: 

Luis Gerardo Ramos has produced his own radio-sports-show for the last five years. He got a master's degree in Communications with a special emphasis in Audiovisual Production from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, where he is also the Media Center Coordinator for the Communications and Journalism Department. In Film he has been in charge of music videos and visual effects editing of the feature film Cumbia Callera (Dir. Rene Villarreal, 2008 ) and the sound restoration for El Destierro (Dir. Jesús Torres, 1976). He directed an experimental short Codigo Da Vinci that was selected at III Concurso Nacional de Video Experimental. The Horde is his first work as a documentary director.
