Born and raised in Chicago, IL, USA., Dawn has spent the last 20+ years in video/film production and post. Experienced in most every genre, she is award-winning and committed to creating only the most honest portrayal of her subject matter.
Having spent the latter portion of the previous millennium on documentary productions, or documentary-style acquisition techniques, Dawn has learned from and experienced, and then shared a great deal of creative and insightful, informational and enlightening materials. Whether it be an educational video, or a video-based instructional design curriculum, she has incorporated a complete background and array of production methods to blend with contemporary delivery medium, to create products that are both timely and targeted, or transformational and triumphant.
She enjoys all creative endeavors and pursues many of them wholeheartedly. Whether video or photography, illustrating or painting, clay modeling or computer modeling, perfoming, or 'pick your medium' design - she is experienced in all of these.
Currently, she resides in the St. Louis, MO., USA, area - with her husband, younger children and dog.
