Biography: 

Sheila Duenas Imme was born and raised in Manila, Philippines. She came to the United States in 1996 and has stayed there since.

In 2007, Sheila co-founded with her husband a nonprofit organization called Lilies and Ravens International. She also owns and operates its affiliate, ISixOne Productions, a documentary film company. The two organizations’ joint purpose is to bring enlightenment to the general public on society’s familiar people and situations yet little known realities.

These affiliate companies are currently engaged in film projects which focus on homelessness, immigration, overcoming racial prejudice, and other societal issues.
Sheila has produced and directed her first independent film, a documentary entitled “The Hidden Dream” which premiered in May 2010 on PBS. She is currently working on her next project, a Christian documentary, in production this year.
