Biography: I premiered my first film at the True/False film festival in March 2008. I am interested in hybrid approaches to documentary cinema. I don't think fiction and truth have to be at odds. I also believe that the idea of truth is situated in a point of view. I'm inspired to make films about things I don't know much about. I see filmmaking as an excuse to research, learn and share stories. For me it's about working on discovering and articulating new points of view. I am currently in the pre-production stages of my first feature documentary with field research in September of 2008. Currently working with people and landscapes in Peru, we are seeking new and useful images for diverse audiences worldwide.
