Biography: I began working professionally in Southern California 15 years ago as a freelance editor for Feature Documentaries, Situation Comedies, Film Trailers and Reality Television.
In 2005, I launched Tragoidia Moving Pictures and began stretching as a Producer/Director by shooting and editing the award winning documentary "Original Pride: The Satyrs Motorcycle Club", my first independently produced feature length film which premiered at Film Festivals and on television networks around the world.
"Call Me Troy" my second documentary, went on to win accolades and awards from coast to coast while highlighting the early struggles of the gay community and Troy Perry's personal civil rights journey. It's hoped that "Call Me Troy" will provide an historic foundation for textbook learning for generations to come as well as a vivid reminder of how far we've come as a society.
"Out For the Long Run", which was inspired by an article in the Los Angeles times, is my third and most ambitious project yet. It chronicles the life of some of the most passionate young people you'll ever meet, Openly Gay High School and College Athletes. Tentatively set for release in late 2009, these young men and women exude class and confidence and give new meaning to word Courage.
