Post-Modern Conclusions on The Death of James Dean

Director:
Hollis Evans
Producers:
Hollis Evans, M.C. Friedman

On September 30, 1955, actor James Dean set out from Los Angeles in his Porsche Spyder 550 race car to attend the Sports Car Club of America's weekend road races in Salinas, California. He died four hours later on a dangerous, rural highway.

Back in Hollywood, Dean left behind close friend and racing partner, Lew Bracker. In this 90-minute film, Bracker breaks a 60-year silence to speak extensively about his closest friend and the events that led to his death, answering the question: Who was James Dean?
