Previously known as the Awards Spotlight Screening Series, SpringDocs is the new name of IDA's annual showcase of documentary films, from Emmy Awards contenders to festival standouts and new release programming. We bring films and their creators together with industry insiders and film enthusiasts throughout the spring.

SpringDocs 2024 program will be announced in the first week of May. All films will be available to stream worldwide via our Eventive page.

As always, IDA members will have priority and complimentary access to all screenings. Other guild members (AMPAS, WGA, DGA, PGA, FIND, and Television Academy) are also invited to join the screenings with complimentary admittance. Since 2017, the Awards Spotlight showcase has taken IDA members behind the scenes of the year's telecasted Emmy-award contenders.
