About the Project

People from opposite sides of the Arizona-Sonora border come together despite economic, health care, and political barriers to create a center of wellness and hope.
An extremely overcrowded local clinic in Naco, Sonora, cannot handle the population of more than 6,400 and the nearest hospital is over two hours away. Many families would cross to Arizona for basic health screenings. When it was announced that the border wall would be raised between Sonora and Arizona, the screening center in Arizona shut down!
