The Accounting and Finance Associate serves as a critical point person for a nonprofit organization serving the documentary film community in the Accounting & Finance Department. They will provide key support in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and provide overall support documenting and managing donations across IDA’s programs. They are customer-service oriented–a helpful, accessible resource and proactive problem solver, keeping our systems running smoothly.
The Fiscal Sponsorship Program Manager oversees the day-to-day operation of the IDA’s field-leading fiscal sponsorship program, serving hundreds of documentary projects and filmmakers at all professional levels. The Manager is responsible for project management, outreach and recruitment, financial management, and revenue goals for the Fiscal Sponsorship Program. This role works directly with the Accounting/Finance, Artist Programs, Funds, and Marketing & Communications teams on the successful operation of existing programs.
