Lilla Sparks

Lilla joined the IDA in August 2022 as Fiscal Sponsorship Program Coordinator. Her responsibilities include onboarding new projects, holding orientation sessions, and handling daily communication with filmmakers. 

Originally from Hungary, Lilla is a writer and filmmaker primarily interested in exploring cultural liminality through coming-of-age stories. Her work has been published in multiple magazines and academic journals, including Spectator. Previously, she served as the Creative Executive of an independent production company and was a part-time teaching assistant at the USC School of Cinematic Arts. She holds a BA and an MA in Cinema Studies from the University of Southern California.
